1. Use of Website
By accessing and using the Limpia con Emma website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The content provided on this website is for informational purposes and for requesting residential and commercial cleaning services in Texas.
2. Cleaning Estimates & Bookings
Estimates provided via our online form or telephone are based on the initial information furnished by the client. If upon arrival the property condition or scope substantially differs from described (such as biohazard, excessive mold, hoarding conditions, or construction debris), Emma Romero reserves the right to adjust the estimate with client approval before starting.
3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Clean Policy
We take immense pride in our work. If any area cleaned does not meet your expectations, the client must notify Limpia con Emma within 24 hours of service completion. Emma will promptly schedule a re-clean of the disputed area at no extra cost. This guarantee does not constitute a cash refund.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. We respectfully request at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling so that we may offer the opening to another client on our waitlist.
5. Intellectual Property
The Limpia con Emma name, logo, custom photographs, text, and layout are the intellectual property of Emma Romero and may not be copied or repurposed without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we exercise extreme care in your home or commercial building, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, unstable items not secured prior to service, or improper installation of plumbing/fixtures by others.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
